Dixon F. Pearce, II

            Dixon was born in Charleston in 1964, and has lived in Charleston and Mount Pleasant his entire life, with the exception of his college and law school years.  He graduated from the University of South Carolina with a B.S. in Business Administration in 1987, and a J.D. from USC Law School in 1992.  He has practiced in the local area since 1992, and was formerly a partner in Buist, Byars, Pearce & Taylor, LLC.

Debbie Barrineau

             Debbie is originally from Ten Mile, Tennessee and has lived in Charleston since 1993. She attended the College of Charleston and was a member of the Lady Cougar Basketball Team. She graduated from the College of Charleston with a B.S. in Political Science in 1997. She has worked in the legal profession since 1999.

Kelley Sassard

              Kelley is a native of Mt. Pleasant, SC. She is a graduate of East Cooper School and the University of South Carolina with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration (Finance). She has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting and is the former comptroller for the Charleston Naval Complex Redevelopment Authority. Kelley has worked in the legal profession since 2003.

Ann Lofton

              Ann is from Macedonia, South Carolina. She is a graduate of Berkely High School and attended Baptist College. Ann has worked in the legal profession for over 35 years, including working on closings for a major builder, and is a licensed title insurance agent. Ann has recently moved to Pearce Law Firm's Summerville office.

Patty Humphrey

              Patty is originally from Louisville Kentucky but lived in Mt. Pleasant for 20 years prior to a 10 year stent in Topsail Beach, North Carolina before returning to the Low Country and moving to Daniel Island almost 5 years ago. Patty graduated from Fairdale High School and attended Sullivan Junior College of Business. Patty has spent the last 25 years working in the real estate field including working on closings for a builder in the mortgage industry the last 15 years on the legal/closing side of the real estate profession.

Ellen Rubino

              Ellen moved to Mt. Pleasant in 2006 from Mamaroneck, N.Y. with her husband and four children. Ellen graduated from the University of Vermont. She was a stay-at-home mom for many years. Since reentering the business world, she has held positions as an Assistant Manager at Talbot's, Administrative Assistant at a recruiting firm, and joined our team in 2017.

Elise Stutts

              Elise is originally from New York City and moved to the Charleston area in 1991. She has a B.S. degree in Chemistry & Biology and worked in the environmental and safety field for years. In 2004 she became a realtor and has been with Carolina One Real Estate ever since. Elise joined Pearce Law Firm in August 2020 to learn this side of the business and she brings a different set of experiences to the firm and the agents, buyers and sellers they represent regarding real estate. Elise will be maintaining her realtor's license as well.

Tiffany Davis

              Tiffany is originally from Florence, S.C. and she moved to Charleston in 2013. She is a graduate of N.C. State University and Mississippi College School of Law. Tiffany practiced law in North Carolina for 15 years and is a member of the North Carolina State Bar. She is also a S.C. licensed realtor. Tiffany joined our team in 2020.
